NAMI members participate in many local support groups for family members
and persons with mental illnesses. For information about NAMI programs, call 513-695-3650 or follow

A NAMI Connection support group will begin on Monday, February
2, 2009, 7-8:30 PM, at the Lindner Center of Hope, 4075 Old Western
Row Rd., Mason. (Between I-71 and Mason-Montgomery Rd.) The group
will meet the 1st and 3rd Mondays of each month at the same location
and same time.
NAMI Connection is a recovery support group program for people
living with mental illnesses like bipolar disorder, schizophrenia,
depression, anxiety disorders and other serious mental illnesses.
This group will give you a chance to talk with others to share
coping strategies and insights, as well as problems and concerns.
This group will be facilitated by trained peer facilitators.

NAMI Family Support Group
This group is intended for family members (parents,
siblings, adult children, friends) of people diagnosed with
a mental illness. The person with the illness one can be
served by a private provider or a publicly-funded provider.
It is intended for any caregiver/family member who needs
support.
